All quotations from ETD bv are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. ETD bv reserves the right to refuse an assignment without stating reasons.

Invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of late payment, interest is due by operation of law and without notice.

ETD bv is only liable for direct damage that is the direct result of a proven fault. Liability is in any case limited to the amount of the relevant assignment.

Belgian law applies to all agreements with ETD bv. In the event of disputes, only the courts of Limburg, Belgium have jurisdiction.
